Sprinkler School

Sprinkler school is a one on one lesson for new homeowners or people who would like a better understanding of their irrigation system. We teach you how to operate your irrigation system and how to identify basic maintenance requirements, from the meter to the spray heads. 

Irrigation Problem Solving

If you are having problems with your irrigation system but are at a loss as to what is causing them, perhaps we can help. We have experience in finding the source of those tricky problems while coming up with a solution to fix it.

Quarterly/Vacation Checks

We offer quarterly checks to identify any routine maintenance or  adjustment requirements.

We also offer vacation checks where we can make sure there are no major irrigation issues while you are away. This requires access to the controller or the smart controller app.

System Check Up

This is a run through of the system from the meter, to controller, to sprayheads, going zone by zone checking for any adjustments to be made, routine maintenance and repairs. At the same time we look for signs of over or underwatering, and stress in the turf/plants.

Controller Installation

Set up and installation of new controllers,  including smart ones, as well as installation of new modules, Wifi enabling Accessories and Rain sensors.

Controllers can either be purchased from us or ordered by the customer for installation.

Winterization

To help you prepare for winter we can by identify any isolation valves or backflow systems and check for leaks. We will also cover your faucets, external pipes and equipment to protect it as best we can.

Note: This is not a guaranteed protection against freeze damage.

Full Irrigation Audit

Full audit to evaluate the irrigation system efficiency and identify any potential water and cost savings. This includes a detailed report as well as month by month recommendations for timings for each station.

Consultation Session

Appointment to discuss your specific irrigation needs, whether it is amending current zones, adding spray heads, converting to drip zones or splitting zones, we can help you find the best solution for your needs.

Maintenance and Repair

As part of our service we help identify and carry out any routine maintenance or minor repairs required to keep the system running efficiently. 

Note: Emergency calls, weekends or evenings carry an additional call out fee.
